An included drip tray under the burners helps catch grease and other drippings.The commercial range also comes with two ovens, which both have two chrome oven racks with multiple-position rack guides. The 27,000 BTU oven burners help maintain temperatures from 175°F to 550°F. The enamel oven interior is easy to clean, as it the stainless steel exterior of the range.
