It comes with four 12"x12" cast-iron burners powered by natural gas, and each of the four burners offers 30,000 BTUs (150,000 BTUs total for the entire range). The burners are each adjustable up to 550°F, and they come with independent, easy-to-use manual controls. These controls allow operators full control over each burner, so they can operate each burner at different temperatures depending on the whether they need to boil, sear, simmer, or fry. Plus, this commercial gas range features a back shelf that offers additional storage space for utensils, pots and pans, strainers, ingredients, and so much more.This range features a space-saver standard oven with (2) 20"x24-1/2" chrome plated racks. It will not accommodate full size 18"x26" sheet pans.
