The oven is constructed with a long-lasting fully welded frame and stainless steel front and sides. It also features a 23"H backsplash and plate shelf. The (6) heavy duty cast iron grates measure 12"x12-1/2" in front and 12"x14-1/2" in the rear to accommodate larger pots/pans and give operators more space to work. The 215,000 BTU heavy duty cast iron burners have lift-off heads for easy cleaning. The 26-1/2"Dx14"H baker's oven base interior includes two racks and can fit full-size sheet pans side-to-side or front-to-back.
