The stainless steel removable shelf keeps pans and spices close by and the chrome oven handle and metal knobs makes the oven easy to use while looking great in your commercial kitchen. The 35,000 BTU oven features a porcelain enameled interior that's easy to clean and a thermostat ranging from 175°F to 550°F.
