Product detailsThe Town Food Service Y-5-SS is a five chamber gas wok range. It features fiber ceramic insulation with stainless steel sides. Cast iron wok rings are built for high heat usage. Each burner has an individual main gas control valve "L" handle for knee operation. Please specify Natural or LP gas. The five chamber model has a stainless steel front access sink with removable strainer basket. The York wok range is NSF listed. This unit has a water cooled top. A Chinese-style swing faucet in each chamber is easy to replace from the front of the range.
