Product detailsThe Vollrath FC-6IH-02 Induction Hot Food Well Drop-In eliminates the need for water, saving operator time. It also takes the worry out of drain installation as this unit is able to be installed virtually anywhere, on any surface with very minimal clearance. This induction well has precise temperature control with a temperature range of 140° - 190°F, resulting in less food waste and better product consistency.This unit doesn't get hot, preventing burns. Each well fits one full or two half-size pans, and at either a 4" or 2-1/2" Depth. Individual power and heat control for each well.
