This is the power steering cooling loop pipe which runs under the car on 205 GTI models equipped with PAS. The originals are prone to rust due to their location. Using an original we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender, then a custom jig has been made to manipulate the final bend. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatedly replicated accurately. Manufacturing process: Steel tube is CNC bent to match original shape The lines are then Chromium 6-free plated Clean pelleted (cleans inside tube)
