It will make an ideal choice for smaller establishments that may not need a full-sized commercial gas range. This heavy-duty gas hot plate includes (4) high-performance open burners for maximum heat distribution and control. The lift-off heads allow for easy and quick cleaning. The burners have heavy-duty cast iron top grates to retain heat and capitalize on efficiency. The standing pilot ignition system within each burner generates optimum amount of heat for uniform cooking. The flash tube technology makes the standing pilots splash-proof. Each burner is regulated by an infinite heat control valve to suit different applications. A removable, full-width front crumb tray underneath the unit collects food debris and particles to make cleaning at the end of the day easy.Functional and durable, the Vulcan gas hot plate has a durable, attractive, and easy-to-clean stainless steel construction that resists corrosion. The 4" adjustable legs give support and allow the unit to be elevated off the countertop.
