.38 S&W caliber, 5″ ribbed barrel marked “SECRET SERVICE SPECIAL”. Nickel finish over and Meriden Arms factory composite grips. Triggerguard is blued, and casehardened hammer. Manufactured especially for “FRED BIFFAR & CO.” around the turn of the century. It remains in very high original condition retaining 98-99% original nickel, excellent grips and bore.
